Ian Laidlaw

Director

Ian Laidlaw is a seasoned finance and property expert with extensive experience in banking, lending, credit management, and property development. As the originator of the "Vendor Advocate" model in Australia, he has played a key role in restructuring real estate sales to better serve disadvantaged groups. In a senior banking role, Ian oversaw the sale of over 3,000 properties nationwide, securing above-market value for 85% by strategically managing the process and valuations.
With a background in property development since the 1990s, Ian was among the first to introduce strata titling for unit blocks in Brisbane. He now works closely with small developers under joint ventures, securing funding and optimising project outcomes. Leveraging strong lender relationships, he structures financing solutions that reduce costs and boost investor confidence, earning an “A” credit rating for his latest projects funded through Trilogy.

Daniel Hunter

Director

Daniel Hunter is a highly experienced property developer and investment strategist, specialising in site acquisition, project management, funding, and high-end real estate development. With a background in global hotel and resort projects, he has worked with top-tier brands like Marriott, Langham, and Accor, leading developments from concept to completion. His expertise spans negotiating deals, securing approvals, and structuring joint ventures, with a strong network of investors, consultants, and industry leaders.

With extensive experience in real estate sales, marketing, and e-commerce, Daniel has successfully led boutique developments, managed luxury property transactions, and expanded businesses into new markets. His deep knowledge of funding structures and strategic partnerships has positioned him as a key player in the hotel and development sectors, securing large-scale investment opportunities in both Australia and globally.
